Your expertise in lean principles, automation, and continuous improvement will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and achieving higher levels of productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Helps to develop operation sequence and processes related to the building of sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
This may include designing build/lift fixtures or making engineering design changes to improve the production process.
May also include in helping with build cell/manufacturing layouts that aim to streamline the production process.
Determine root cause and corrective actions for issues that arise during assembly and/or test of systems and subsystems; Implements corrective actions to eliminate future occurrences.
Implements changes to improve safety, quality, and reliability.
May work with test engineering on the design and development of test fixtures/test processes.
Gathers operational and test data to support problem solving activities.
Evaluates the results in order to implement data driven solutions.
Supports supplier quality efforts by interfacing with suppliers.

Writes, releases, approves, implements, and issues engineering change orders (ECO's) as required to support design engineering and operations for new and existing products.
