About the role

- You are knowledgeable about spearheading major initiatives, strategically problem solving, and creating communication frameworks to put your plans into action.
Responsibilities
- Be the force multiplier for our Wholesale Leadership by promoting accountability amongst key stakeholders and proactively providing support to achieve big-picture goals & objectives
- Create and present executive briefs to effectively and succinctly communicate important information to department leadership
- Develop and improve cross-department workflows/processes (we call them blueprints!) to streamline workflow between various stakeholders
- No direct reports - you get to lead the charge, without managing your fellow flamingos
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Project management software experience is a must, with the ability to build complex systems and automate workflows with ease
- Is excited to solve complex problems, spearhead department & cross-department initiatives, and effectively build systems
- Has a proven ability to think strategically, focus on long-term goals and objectives, and build solid communication plans to clearly communicate to stakeholders
Nice to have
- Has 5+ years proven project management experience within a high-growth wholesale or commercial sales function
- Experience with ERP (We use NetSuite!), and working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Agentforce is a MUST
- Working knowledge of SPS Analytics and SPS Fulfillment (or other POS analysis and EDI software) is a PLUS
- Enthusiastically approaches opportunities to work with various teams
- Is experienced in collaborating with company leadership and adapting to various stakeholder styles and needs
- Is a master facilitator capable of running efficient, goal-driven cross-functional meetings and high-impact presentations
- Loves holding people accountable and has mastered it
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Compensation
