Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in the HVAC industry or industrial assembly lines.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- Familiarity with assembly line operations and sheet metal fabrication processes.
- Proven ability to take ownership of projects.

- Familiar with Lean manufacturing tools such as 5S, Kanban, Gemba, and Kaizen.
- Skilled in creating Work Instructions and Operational Method Sheets (OMSs)
- Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills to interact with higher management and cross-functional teams.
