Responsibilities

  • Operate heavy construction equipment safely and efficiently, including: Excavators Asphalt Screeds Asphalt Rollers Front-End Loaders Bulldozers Perform excavation, trenching, grading, backfilling, and earthmoving operations.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate equipment operation logs and maintenance records.
  • Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance.

Requirements

  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and occasional night shifts as required.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety standards and equipment operation procedures.
  • Ability to sit, stand, climb, and operate heavy equipment for extended periods.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • The operator will be responsible for performing excavation, grading, paving, material handling, and site preparation activities while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
