About the role

Responsibilities
- We design and develop labeling and functional materials, radio-frequency identification (RFID) inlays and tags, software applications that connect the physical and digital and offerings that enhance branded packaging and carry or display information that improves the customer experience.
- Operate and maintain all processing and material handling equipment within the film extrusion process.
- Load raw materials, determine and manage machine controls and unload finished product.
- Maintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience required.
- Demonstrate proficiency in essential tasks of the job and a willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- The role is being posted for the Engineered Films Plants, which means candidates must be open to working in either the Concord Building 18 facility or the Painesville Building 3E facility, depending on business needs.
- Although the role is posted as a night shift from 6:45 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. as the regular shift, new hires must be available to train on day shift from 6:45 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. for at least the first 90 days.
