Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Support quarterly and year-end ASC 740 tax provisions, reconcile and review deferred tax schedules.
  • Support quarterly and year-end ASC 740 income tax provision calculations
  • Reconcile, review, and maintain deferred tax schedules and supporting documentation

Requirements

  • Regulatory Expertise: Maintain a high level of proficiency in evolving federal and state income tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • To be Considered Candidates: Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

Nice to have

  • Accredited 4-year bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant federal and state corporate income tax experience within public accounting or a large multinational corporation.
  • Assist in the preparation of complex partnership and state income tax returns
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Juris Doctor Law (JD) certification or global equivalent required
  • Master of Science in Taxation (MST) and/or Master of Laws (LLM) degree or global equivalent
  • Four (4) years of recent tax experience in a public accounting firm, law firm and/or large multinational company
  • Two (2) years reviewing/preparing consolidated tax returns
  • Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the intermediate use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations

Compensation

  • $83,000.00 - $154,000.00
