Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Support quarterly and year-end ASC 740 tax provisions, reconcile and review deferred tax schedules.
- Support quarterly and year-end ASC 740 income tax provision calculations
- Reconcile, review, and maintain deferred tax schedules and supporting documentation
Requirements
- Regulatory Expertise: Maintain a high level of proficiency in evolving federal and state income tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Nice to have
- Accredited 4-year bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant federal and state corporate income tax experience within public accounting or a large multinational corporation.
- Assist in the preparation of complex partnership and state income tax returns
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Juris Doctor Law (JD) certification or global equivalent required
- Master of Science in Taxation (MST) and/or Master of Laws (LLM) degree or global equivalent
- Four (4) years of recent tax experience in a public accounting firm, law firm and/or large multinational company
- Two (2) years reviewing/preparing consolidated tax returns
- Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the intermediate use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations
Compensation
- $83,000.00 - $154,000.00
- Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate's qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
