Responsibilities
- Enforce site safety standards and maintain ownership of housekeeping across all assigned work areas.
- Provide direct support to the Project Manager with multi-discipline field coordination activities.
- Support the Project Manager in resolving escalated issues related to safety, project scope, quality, and schedule.
- Assist in implementing the project's quality assurance program and coordinate closely with quality and commissioning teams to support project execution.
- Provide commissioning software support by assigning issues to the appropriate trades, logging and tracking issues, verifying field closure, and auditing documentation uploads.
- Support project documentation and field coordination activities to ensure timely communication between project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Skills required:
Nice to have
- 3-5 years of experience in construction coordination, field supervision, or a related construction field required.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience supporting mission-critical, semiconductor, data center, or industrial construction projects preferred.
Skills
- Strong construction field coordination and site supervision skills.
- Working knowledge of construction safety practices and housekeeping standards.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Experience supporting quality assurance and commissioning activities.
- Familiarity with construction scheduling and Weekly Work Plans (WWP).
- Experience coordinating inspections, testing, and client permit activities.
- Proficiency using commissioning or construction management software to track issues and documentation.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently during night shift operations.
