About the role

  • As the Senior Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team to become the "Best Local Supply House" by aligning sales strategy with customer experience and fostering strong local relationships.
  • Through effective leadership, you will cultivate a positive culture and steer the branch toward growth and market leadership.
  • Reports to the Senior Market Operations Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manages relationships and partnerships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure coordination and outstanding service levels
  • Ability to analyze data, develop budgets, implement plans, and deliver effective presentations
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the sale of company products and services, and to provide sales support

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience coupled with 5 years of management experience is required
  • Prior knowledge of MRO business products and/or programs
  • Experience defining customer needs and providing solutions

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with markets and business units within assigned geography is a plus

Compensation

  • $8,141.67 - $13,025.00 -
  • Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
  • This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
  • Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
  • The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
