This role plays a key part in modernizing business processes through architecture, migration, integration, and performance improvements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience in SAP and enterprise technology environments.
Extensive experience with ERP migrations, including SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs.
Experience supporting SAP modules, configuration activities, and enterprise application optimization.
Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, portfolio management, and organizational change management practices.
Experience participating in PMO structures, business steering committees, or enterprise governance models.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Experience leading technical teams, mentoring professionals, and coordinating cross-functional delivery efforts.

Preferred experience with additional ERP platforms such as Oracle EBS or JD Edwards.
Preferred experience with financial planning and consolidation solutions, supply chain systems, manufacturing execution systems, or similar enterprise technologies.

Establish technical standards, documentation practices, quality assurance processes, and solution governance.
Analyze business requirements, evaluate solution options, and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.
Coordinate vendors, consultants, and technical resources while ensuring service-level agreements and project objectives are achieved.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, prepare executive-level presentations, and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Train end users and IT teams on new technologies, processes, and system capabilities.
