About the role

  • Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position requiring some in-office days each week.
  • Employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing a background and credit check.
  • We're leaning into intelligent tools to streamline our workflows, giving us more time for high-impact innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain an organized pipeline and track progress using our CRM system.

Requirements

  • A track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Your success in a quota-carrying sales role will demonstrate your ability to meet or surpass targets.
  • Understanding of BambooHR's value and ability to communicate this to clients.

Nice to have

  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales.
  • Prospecting/cold calling experience is a plus.

Skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and basic sales tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present product demos.
  • Coachability: Willingness to learn from feedback and improve your sales approach.
  • Customer Focused: Understanding of BambooHR's value and ability to communicate this to clients.
