Responsibilities
- Assist the LSR Team with organizing on-campus events with law schools across the country, including assisting with updating resources, tracking documents, soliciting event attendees, preparing and shipping materials for events, submitting invoices and managing budget, ordering SWAG, attending events (as needed), and compiling marketing materials
- Support the development and maintenance of relationships with law school career services offices, student organizations, and affinity groups
- Support the LSR team with all aspects of the summer associate hiring process, including registering for On-Campus Interviews (OCI), coordinating logistics, and statistical reporting and metrics
- Maintain applicant tracking system, including data entry, importing interview schedules, and conducting reporting for entry-level associate hiring
- Conduct market research and analysis through advanced Excel functions and data modeling to support team objectives
- Support LSR social media efforts, including LinkedIn and Instagram
- Provide general administrative support to the LSR team, including processing recruiting expenses, scheduling meetings, and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of/experience with FloRecruit preferred.
Compensation
- Assist with the planning and execution of signature Law School Relations events, including the Firm's annual NALP Summit and M&A Negotiation Competition events, by coordinating logistics, managing invitations and registrations, preparing materials, communicating with attendees, and providing on-site support
