Responsibilities

  • Here's where you'll demonstrate your competencies: Investigates, analyzes, develops, and determines processes and process improvements for new and existing products.
  • Plans equipment layout and workflow to maintain safe and efficient utilization of plant resources.
  • Lead and assist in the development of new methods, tooling, test systems, and machine designs that reduce cycle time and improve productivity and quality.
  • Lead and assist in the planning and performance, research, design and development of manufacturing engineering projects.
  • Ownership of troubleshooting internal and external quality issues by performing root cause analysis (RCA, 5 Why, 8D) and driving corrective and preventative actions (CAPA) Performs duties in accordance with established quality standards.
  • Investigates, analyzes, develops, and determines processes and process improvements for new and existing products.

Requirements

  • Performs such similar, comparable or related duties as may be required.
  • Must be very proficient using spreadsheets to aid analysis.
  • Safety glasses required while on factory floor.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Lab View and SolidWorks is preferred.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 66900.00-124300.00
