About the role

  • Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) seeks a dynamic, student-centered, and forward-thinking Digital Marketing Specialist to provide visionary leadership.
  • The Specialist is responsible for organizing, tracking and maintaining landing pages to ensure they are current, aligned with current priorities and properly functioning.
  • The Specialist communicates with university stakeholders, including deans, program coordinators and university leadership to meet institutional needs.

Responsibilities

  • B uild, update and manage campaign landing pages within a content management system, ensuring accuracy, organization and alignment with campaign goals and user experience best practices
  • I nterpret CRM data to support reporting efforts
  • T roubleshoot issues and support quality assurance across marketing platforms and assets
  • They own landing page development and management, ensuring accuracy, consistency and performance across campaigns.

  • Experience in conversion-driven landing page design
  • Experience working in higher education
  • Required Education

Nice to have

  • 3-5 years of work experience in digital marketing, digital strategy or related fields
  • Experience working within a CMS, preferably Sitecore or a similar platform
  • Experience in writing digital ad copy and campaign messaging
  • Experience working in paid digital media (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Experience in CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Experience in GA4
  • Relevant certifications in digital marketing, analytics or CRM platform s
  • Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, business or a related field

Skills

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including campaign execution, conversion and the prospective student journey
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills
  • Ability to monitor campaign performance and identify issues, inconsistencies or anomalies in ad platforms
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment ​
