About the role

  • Base Salary range for this job opportunity is $140,000 to $185,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, direct and execute projects from technical and commercial perspectives.
  • Design, implement, and supervise field exploration programs, and detailed site characterization studies.
  • Perform the role of the Lead Geologist on major projects.
  • Support company's pursuits of major projects and actively work on developing personal client portfolio.
  • Support and encourage continuous improvement of the company's processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Knowledge of proposal preparation and lead generation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or geology from accredited college or university required; master's degree in engineering or geology from accredited college or university highly preferred.
  • Licensed Certified Engineering Geologist (C.E.G.) required.
  • Minimum 8 years of geology, field investigation and project management experience required.
  • Must be able to perform duties in both field and office environments.
  • Must be computer literate, able to learn software for communication, project management, and technical analysis.

Compensation

  • Base Salary range for this job opportunity is $140,000 to $185,000 per year.
