- Base Salary range for this job opportunity is $140,000 to $185,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Manage, direct and execute projects from technical and commercial perspectives.
- Design, implement, and supervise field exploration programs, and detailed site characterization studies.
- Perform the role of the Lead Geologist on major projects.
- Support company's pursuits of major projects and actively work on developing personal client portfolio.
- Support and encourage continuous improvement of the company's processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of proposal preparation and lead generation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or geology from accredited college or university required; master's degree in engineering or geology from accredited college or university highly preferred.
- Licensed Certified Engineering Geologist (C.E.G.) required.
- Minimum 8 years of geology, field investigation and project management experience required.
- Must be able to perform duties in both field and office environments.
- Must be computer literate, able to learn software for communication, project management, and technical analysis.
Compensation
- Base Salary range for this job opportunity is $140,000 to $185,000 per year.
