As CCO missionaries, we invite others to join the mission by becoming financial and prayerful mission partners.
Provide strategic input on solicitation and stewardship content, including cases for support, proposals, impact reports, acknowledgements, and grants.
Partner with CCO's Programming Division to enable development in each CCO City.

Demonstrated experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development work is required (MPD experience is relevant).
Experience with major gift work or donor portfolio management is an asset.
Ability to communicate with conviction and clarity in mission-focused contexts is required.
Strong relational skills rooted in accompaniment, collaboration, and discernment is required.
Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to manage multiple priorities is required.

Full-time Annual Salary between $58,498.15 to $72,537.71 depending on experience and qualifications
