About the role
- The Global Business Performance Analyst, reporting to the Senior Director Service Strategy and Portfolio, will play a key role in driving the identification, the governance, and the adoption of strategic business analytics across the organization. Working closely with the Senior Director Service Analytics, the regional leadership teams, functional leaders,
- and business stakeholders, the role will ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics are consistently defined, harmonized, measured, and reported to enable effective performance management. This will support continuous improvement ensuring alignment and actionable insight across the global Service organization.
