Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient portal enrollment - As time permits, facilitates portal enrollment and assists with resetting passwords. Coordinates technical issues with the IT support team when needed.
  • The Clinical Patient Services Representative will perform administrative duties to support the clinical needs of the patient.
  • The CPSR will maintain efficient and concise documentation of all patient interactions.
  • This position may support clinical operations when needed.

Requirements

  • Diploma as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required
  • Demonstrated experience with strong interpersonal communication skills Required
  • Prior experience with interpreting and following detailed policies and workflows Required
  • Competency with Microsoft Office applications Required
  • Minimum of two (2) years as a MA/LPN Required
  • Licensed Practical Nurse - South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation Required or

Nice to have

  • Minimum of two (2) years in a physician office setting Preferred
  • Prior experience scheduling patients Preferred

  • Education Qualifications
  • Certificate as a Medical Assistant (CMA) Required or
  • Prior experience with Electronic Medical Record in physician office environment Required
  • Certified Medical Assistant - American Association of Medical Assistants Required or
