Responsibilities
- Assist with patient portal enrollment - As time permits, facilitates portal enrollment and assists with resetting passwords. Coordinates technical issues with the IT support team when needed.
- The Clinical Patient Services Representative will perform administrative duties to support the clinical needs of the patient.
- The CPSR will maintain efficient and concise documentation of all patient interactions.
- This position may support clinical operations when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Required
- Demonstrated experience with strong interpersonal communication skills Required
- Prior experience with interpreting and following detailed policies and workflows Required
- Competency with Microsoft Office applications Required
- Minimum of two (2) years as a MA/LPN Required
- Licensed Practical Nurse - South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation Required or
Nice to have
- Minimum of two (2) years in a physician office setting Preferred
- Prior experience scheduling patients Preferred

- Education Qualifications
- Certificate as a Medical Assistant (CMA) Required or
- Prior experience with Electronic Medical Record in physician office environment Required
- Certified Medical Assistant - American Association of Medical Assistants Required or
