You'll help evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and iterate on solutions that improve real call and conversion outcomes.

Define and develop detailed business requirements and user stories
Partner with cross-functional teams to test and iterate on agentic AI experiences supporting on-call interactions (support, sales, qualification)
Collaborate with our Medicare agency partners to support Sales Enablement tools and related workflow improvements
Further develop PM skills with an experienced team of product managers and learn from a personal mentor
Work collaboratively with other product team members, and cross-functionally to build consensus on products in planning, development and launch
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to use contextual data and metrics to test hypothesis, back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive action

New graduates or rising seniors who expect to complete their degree in Spring 2027
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a relevant field with a strong writing background
