About the role
- From Day 1, this person will contribute to our productivity by supporting strategic initiatives, coordinating operational activities, and facilitating communication across departments.
- The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in operations or business coordination, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Assist in coordinating communication between executives and departments regarding program implementation (for example, family office services, trust & estate services, or advanced tax analysis)

- To continue this trajectory, we're searching for a motivated Practice Operations Specialist/Manager to support our partner leadership and New York colleague team.
- Support strategic planning and business initiatives by coordinating project activities and tracking progress under the guidance of partner leadership
- Support practice financial tracking and reporting activities
- Support business development activities and client relationship initiatives
- Support daily operations of the practice, including coordinating monthly practice meetings, completing new account documents and subscription documents, and facilitating wires
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues to support responsiveness and operational effectiveness

Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience in operations, business coordination, or related field
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams and projects
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
- Proficiency in data analysis and financial reporting tools
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to recommend practical solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively across all organizational levels
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Nice to have
- Experience in professional services or client-facing environment preferred

Compensation
- $70,000 - $80,000
