About the role
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Product Manager to support the delivery and enhancement of enterprise digital products, internal platforms, and backend services. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, UX designers, and operations teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive
- product execution in an Agile environment. This role requires strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a large, matrixed organization with complex regulatory and compliance requirements. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document product requirements.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Partner with engineering, QA, UX/UI, and operations teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning.
- Support digital experiences and enterprise content management initiatives, including platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Product Management, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Experience drafting structured requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience supporting digital products, internal applications, or backend services.
Nice to have
- Exposure to enterprise-level content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager.
- Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, dashboards, and KPI reporting.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, integrations, and digital ecosystems.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile platforms.
- This role requires strong analytical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to operate effectively within a large, matrixed organization with complex regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional specifications.
- Monitor product performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to recommend improvements.
