Responsibilities

Act as the primary Distribution liaison to the consumer 3PL partners, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and consistently met.
Designing new processes and aligning existing processes to satisfy such needs Manages the contractual relationship between our company and our warehouse partners for consumer goods, as well as samples.
Drive continuous improvement through ongoing process review, engagement and partnering with stakeholders to establish best practices that reduce cost of operation, improve service level, capacity, productivity, and quality.
Maintains oversight of key processes; returned goods processing according to company guidelines and procedures; receiving, pick line set-up, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and all matters pertaining to product tracking.
Demonstrated success managing vendor performance or serving as primary operational liaison with external partners.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain, or 3PL account management.
Strong understanding of pharma, cosmetics, OTC distribution and regulatory requirements (e.g. GDP, FEFO, etc.).

Preferred Experience supporting or managing 3PL.

Compensation

At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role.
A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $100,000- $130,000 USD.
In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in an annual short-term incentive program that is based on corporate performance with a multiplier focused on individual performance.
