About the role
- You will operate as a versatile recruiting generalist, supporting a broad range of roles and shifting your focus wherever the business needs are greatest as priorities evolve.
- Please Note: This role is based in San Mateo, California, with an expectation of working from the office 3 days per week.
- Leverage data and report on key recruiting metrics and provide data-driven, actionable insights
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Build relationships and work with senior business leaders to understand hiring needs and team goals
- Be a consultative advisor to the business, leading strategic discussions to build teams holistically
- Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processes
- Thoughtful communicator with exceptional ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders

Requirements
- Attention-to-detail with the ability to strike a delicate balance between results and process in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to commute to our San Mateo, CA Headquarters at least 3 days per week

- Experience or strong familiarity with international hiring practices across EMEA and APAC regions, including regional talent markets, compliance considerations, and hiring nuances

Compensation
- At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages.
- Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience.
- The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000*.
