About the role

  • We are hiring for both our Embrun, ON and Almonte, ON locations.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain the sales centre reception area to ensure a positive first impression.
  • Maintain the CRM (Lasso) prospect database and Newstar ensuring 100% compliance with all prospect/client information.
  • Prepare and maintain all purchaser files.
  • Maintain traffic reports and site plan "dot maps" daily and send to head office weekly.
  • Passion drives our commitment to deliver our best work for the communities we serve.

  • Ensure subjects are removed or extended as required.
  • Participate in team meetings as required.
  • take and distribute messages as required.

Compensation

  • The salary range for this role is $35,000 - 42,000, plus commissions
