As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll be a foundational marketing hire, owning how Suger is positioned, packaged, and communicated to the market. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success - translating a technical, fast-evolving product into messaging that resonates with revenue leaders, cloud alliance teams, and RevOps buyers. We work in a hybrid work model, with 4 days per week in the Downtown office.

- We're seeking someone with experience including:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing, with meaningful time spent in a fast-paced startup environment. (bonus: cloud infrastructure, marketplaces, RevOps, or fintech-adjacent products) Ambiguity doesn't scare you - it excites you as an opportunity to build.

- You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success - translating a technical, fast-evolving product into messaging that resonates with revenue leaders, cloud alliance teams, and RevOps buyers.

- You are proficient with LLMs/AI assistants and automation platforms (e.g., Claude Code, n8n) to force-multiply your output.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills - you can turn complex workflows into crisp, compelling narratives.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership - you've thrived at an early-stage startup or built a PMM function from limited resources
- Familiarity with cloud marketplaces (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, GCP Marketplace) or cloud alliance ecosystems is a strong plus
