About the role

  • This role is critical to ensuring our CRM architecture aligns with enterprise standards and business goals.

  • We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD): $128,300 - $216,294.00 Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.

Responsibilities

  • SailPoint is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce architectures and solutions that meet business needs.
  • Develop and enforce Salesforce development best practices, including coding standards, to ensure solution quality.
  • Design and oversee data modeling, data migration, and data sharing within Salesforce.
  • Partner with business partners to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs.
  • Lead high-impact, strategic architectural initiatives autonomously from conception to deployment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience on the Salesforce platform, with a proven track record in solution design and architecture.
  • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and a passion for creating scalable, high-quality solutions.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configurations, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party integration tools.
  • Familiarity with multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect is highly desirable.
  • The Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is a major plus.

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
  • Knowledge of SailPoint's products and how they can integrate with Salesforce.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

  • $128,300 - $216,294.00 Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
