About the role
- This role is critical to ensuring our CRM architecture aligns with enterprise standards and business goals.
- Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
- We estimate the base salary, for US-based employees, will be in this range from (min-mid-max, USD): $128,300 - $216,294.00 Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
Responsibilities
- SailPoint is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient Salesforce architectures and solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop and enforce Salesforce development best practices, including coding standards, to ensure solution quality.
- Design and oversee data modeling, data migration, and data sharing within Salesforce.
- Partner with business partners to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical designs.
- Lead high-impact, strategic architectural initiatives autonomously from conception to deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience on the Salesforce platform, with a proven track record in solution design and architecture.
- The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and a passion for creating scalable, high-quality solutions.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configurations, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party integration tools.
- Familiarity with multiple Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect is highly desirable.
- The Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is a major plus.

- Knowledge of SailPoint's products and how they can integrate with Salesforce.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Compensation
- $128,300 - $216,294.00 Base salaries for employees based in other locations are competitive for the employee's home location.
