About the role
- The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is responsible for the recruitment, selection, and enrollment of the first year and transfer classes each year for the School of Arts & Sciences, School of Engineering, and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts.
- Tufts Admissions is charged with meeting various enrollment goals across schools and programs.
Responsibilities
- Implement and support the office's strategy for data collection, analysis, and presentation.
- Liaise with campus partners, such as the Office of Graduate Admissions, the Office of Institutional Research, University Counsel, and the Student Services Technology Team, regarding data and project based work.
- Liaise with external partners, such as College Board, Scoir, Common Application, and Coalition for College.
- As requested by the Dean and/or Director, create, facilitate, or contribute to office training initiatives for admissions officers and/or administrative staff.

Requirements
- Knowledge and experience typically acquired by:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Several years of progressively responsible experience in data analysis
- Demonstrated experience with and strong working knowledge of Slate or a similar CRM
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to "tell a story" using data
- Experience with statistical software, such as R, State, SPSS, or other tools
- A letter of interest and resume are required for this position.

- Minimum $61,200.00, Midpoint $76,500.00, Maximum $91,800.00
- generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
