About the role
- Join CADDi's US office as a high-impact leader from day one, taking ownership of critical initiatives that will shape the future of our US business.
- For context, the US office currently focuses on Sales functions (including Marketing, BDR, Pre-Sales, and Field Sales) as well as Customer Success.
- This is a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact, shape our US growth strategy, and play a key role in scaling CADDi's operations.

Requirements
- What You Must Have Eligible to work in the US (e.g., STEM OPT, US citizen, etc.) Demonstrated ability to communicate (i.e., read, write, speak) with business level fluency in Japanese and English.
- $100,000 - $170,000 based on experience with opportunities of growth and enhanced income potential.
