About the role
- This role is responsible for ensuring the program meets all costs, schedule, and performance objectives while maintaining alignment with Air Force operational priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead risk identification, analysis, and mitigation planning for project continuity and readiness.
- Manage development, testing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful delivery of capabilities.
- Lead project reviews, technical exchanges, and other project meetings with government and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, long‑term modernization strategies, and release planning documentation.
- Support financial planning activities, including forecasting, cost estimates, burn rate tracking, and resource planning.
- Maintain and communicate project performance metrics and dashboards to ensure transparency across all stakeholders.

Requirements
- Prepare and manage contract deliverables, reports, and required project documentation for government submission.
- Manage procurement and renewal of required licenses.
- US Citizen Bachelor's degree in business, management, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management supporting DoW or federal IT programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile development teams.

- Concept Plus is looking for a Project Manager to provide overall leadership, direction, and management across all aspects of this DoW force management capability.
- Preferred CSM or SAFe certifications.
