About the role
- The Implementation Project Manager oversees effective, accurate and timely transition of new clients to Judi Health.
Responsibilities
- Maintain meticulous notes and constantly assess progress against key milestones
- Proactively identify execution risks and develop solutions to address
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts (SME) to facilitate successful implementation
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and any associated third parties through superior customer service and oversight
- Support development of internal implementation and project management best practices
- Support general business needs, as assigned
- Establishes implementation project plans, defines, and gathers requirements, outlines project objectives, defines success and leads client communications and presentations throughout the implementation process.
Requirements
- Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, driving high performance, meeting deadlines, and executing on deliverables
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work effectively with virtual teams
- Ability to travel 5-10%
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
