  • Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • You will design engaging lessons, use data to guide instruction, and create a classroom where every student learns and thrives.
  • Through weekly meetings, coaching, and feedback, you will receive the support needed to grow as an educator and leader.
  • Collaborate and Grow: You will work closely with your school's Leadership Team-including your Instructional Coach-to continuously strengthen your teaching practice.
  • Implement culturally responsive classroom management strategies to create a safe environment for all students to learn & achieve.
