About the role
- This is an on-site position responsible for providing superior customer service and quality technical support for internal employees and external collaborative business partners.
- The ITFE will work as a part of a team to support employees located at large construction jobsite s in Richmond, V A.
Responsibilities
- Installs and maintains software /equipment/networks at assigned jobsite s.
- Works with jobsite team s to design and i mplement infrastructure according to company standards.
Nice to have
- AA degree in Co mputer Science or related field preferred, or equivalent related work experience
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- CompTIA A+ and Network+ preferred
- CCNA or MCSA certifications a plus
- AEC industry experience a plus
Skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, time-management skills
- Technically skilled in networking Cisco Meraki hardware (MX, Router, Switch, VPN), Networking Protocols ( TCP/IP, DHCP, FTP/SFTP, HTTPS)
- Able to support video conferencing and scheduling hardware/software
- Experience supporting Dell/ Lenovo /Microsoft workstations and peripherals
- Able to support Mobile devices ( i OS/Android)
- Skilled in Microsoft O ffice 365 and supporting diverse applications
- Ability to react quickly and efficiently to high pressure situations
- Expert in troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Team player, accepts & seeks feedback
- Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
- Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations
- Experience with Monday.com project tracking a plus
