We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.
and Duties OCT currently has an opening for a Data Analyst to work with our federal client.
Analyze investigation and adjudication data, as well as rule test results, to identify bottlenecks in current automated systems.

OCT Consulting is a business management and technology consulting firm that supports Federal Government clients.
Optimize business rules for the eVetting process (such as Tier 3 initial and preliminary investigations) to safely increase automated pass rates and reduce manual reviews, supporting Trusted Workforce 2.0 objectives.
Develop actionable written recommendations to modify eVetting business rules to improve efficiency without compromising security standards.
Perform trending analysis to identify shifts in adjudication policy and evaluate the significance of specific data fields (e.g., "Easy Label").
Investigate the use of advanced analytical techniques to create predictive and prescriptive insights, including predictive risk models and network analysis to visualize connections.
Communicate, coordinate, collaborate, and liaise with user representatives, program sponsors, mission partners, and other client elements.

Must be a U.S. Person/Citizen.
A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a related field is required.

Demonstrated expertise in quantitative, qualitative, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
Familiarity with predictive risk modeling and network analysis is highly desired.
