This is a frontend-first leadership role.

Build and Ship High-Impact Product
Lead the team in delivering against a large, complex, and commercially critical product roadmap
Own execution quality-ensuring teams ship reliably, quickly, and with high standards
Drive a culture of accountability for outcomes, not just output
Continuously improve how the team delivers-balancing speed, quality, and scalability
Lead, Coach, and Build Talent
Lead and develop a multi-squad frontend engineering team, with a strong emphasis on growing junior and mid-level engineers into exceptional talent
Build out our Global Capability Center in Hyderabad
Champion frontend patterns (component-driven design, declarative approaches, state management discipline)
Drive consistency in design systems, UI frameworks, and shared components

Deep expertise in modern frontend development (React, TypeScript, mobile frameworks, etc.)
Experience leading multi-team / multi-squad teams
You are hands-on by choice, not by necessity
You are highly focused on execution and delivering business impact
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
~10-15+ years of software engineering experience, primarily in frontend development
Experience leading frontend teams in high-scale, product-driven environments
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US to be considered.

The Base Salary range for this position is between $206,000-$258,000.
This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location.
This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
