About the role
- The Senior Recruiter is an advanced individual contributor on Attivo's recruiting team, focused on executing high-quality candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement across a variety of roles.
- This role goes deeper than the Recruiter in candidate evaluation, sourcing strategy, and pipeline management, and serves as a resource and informal coach for junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust, role-specific candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and develop role-specific prompt libraries to improve reach and pipeline quality.
- Identify and engage high-quality passive candidates through targeted outreach and relationship building.
- Lead structured prescreen calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Maintain consistent evaluation standards to ensure quality and fairness across all candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Greenhouse ATS.

Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to conduct high-quality prescreen calls and assess candidate fit independently.
- Experience using AI recruiting tools for sourcing, screening, and outreach.
- Experience in driving diversity and inclusion efforts within recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in accounting and/or finance.
- Ability to travel at least twice a year for All-Staff Retreats & Regional Meetups, and as needed for recruiting vendor partnerships and networking opportunities.

- Reports To: Recruiting Manager
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 plus commission (based on experience)
