Responsibilities
- Guides game development team from ideation to post-launch support
- Takes ownership of entire features, components and manages the full product/game life cycle
- Tracks and implements improvement plans to drive efficiency
- Manages a direct staff of project leaders and mentoring/supporting junior level leadership within the department
- Takes pride in developing and growing team members
- You will mentor the game development team to understand the requirements, translating design ideas and concepts to build an engaging game.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or project management role
- 5+ Experience with programming in C#
- 5+ Experience with full-cycle mobile game development with Unity
