- Salary Range: $149,000.00 - $193,000.00 As the Staff Technical Talent Sourcer, you will source specialized, highly technical candidates whilst interacting with Recruiters, Coordinators, hiring managers, and hiring teams.
Responsibilities
- We Collaborate - Each of our Sourcers partner very closely with their Recruiter(s) and are expected to attend intakes, stakeholder meetings, and weekly's along with them in order to maintain a supportive and effectively communicative environment.
- Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Team and Engineering/Product stakeholders/leadership to deeply understand their hiring needs while making hiring recommendations, support events, and to build strategy beyond just the current role.
- Tracking pipeline data and providing relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported.
- Supporting the full-cycle recruiting process, building strong diverse pipelines, sourcing passive candidates while developing how we better achieve our team goals overall.
