About the role
- You will assist our Pharmacist in Charge with pharmacy management, preparation of outgoing drug donation kits, inventory management, medication fulfillment, medication disposal, and other tasks as assigned.
- This is a high-impact patient-facing role that is integral to MediCircle's growth and success.
- Checking in and verifying new medications from donors with accuracy and care
Responsibilities
- Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless experience for patients and providers
Nice to have
- Experience in pharmacy operations, fulfillment, or closed-door pharmacy settings
- Familiarity with inventory-heavy or redistribution-focused pharmacy models
- Experience working in early-stage startup, high-growth, or process-evolving environments
- Comfort with technology-enabled pharmacy workflows and digital documentation systems
- Fluent or conversational Spanish (fluent English required)
