Requirements
- ability to train on all systems
- A wide-ranging knowledge of plumbing, electrical and carpentry work with the expectation of development and growth
- High school diploma required
- 4+ years of prior maintenance experience
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, lock key and general household repairs
- Ability to calm and diffuse escalated customer complaints/issues
- Must have a current and valid driver's license as you will be operating a company vehicle
- Be at least 21 years old
