About the role

The MAST (Maritime Asset Strategy & Transformation) Portfolio Lead (Project Portfolio) is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the MAST project portfolio, ensuring accurate, timely, and decision-ready information across all initiatives. The role acts as a central point of coordination between delivery teams and leadership, owning
portfolio artefacts, facilitating key forums, and ensuring the right level of detail, insight, and challenge is applied to support successful delivery. This role blends portfolio governance, reporting, facilitation, and delivery enablement to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum across the program.
