Requirements

- B.S. preferred in IT Technology (but not required).
- Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and cultural qualities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets and staying focused on quality.
- Ability to think outside the box and be innovative in finding candidates.
- Willingness to work extended hours/weekends when necessary.
- Experience with numerous Social media platforms, websites, and IT focus organizations.
