About the role

  • This role will provide leadership and direction to the team and work with internal and external parties in resolving quality issues as they relate to refurbished phones.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Responsibilities

  • The QA supervisor will work closely with internal support teams as well as HQ/Factory in this regard as well.
  • Expected to maintain direct customer communications for quality related concerns and/or alignment activity.
  • High hand/finger dexterity with fine motor coordination skills to perform electronic component repair work.

Requirements

  • 1) Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent quality certifications (e.g. 6 Sigma, ISO, etc.)
  • 2) Minimum of 4 years of job related experience
  • Prefers a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of job related experience

Skills

  • Thorough understanding of the ANSI/ASQC Z1.4 stds
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience with using statistical process control and failure mode effect analysis FMEA applications
  • Position Summary:
  • The QA Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the quality roles of the overall Mobile Refurbishment process.

  • In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:
  • Provides formal weekly/monthly reports on the repair quality performance of the third-party vendor
