We offer a competitive compensation of $26.00-$33.00 hourly (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Lead landscaping and construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to specifications and safety protocols.
- Perform or assist with lawn care, gardening, tree care, irrigation installation and repair, and general horticultural practices.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure all tools are used safely and properly.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in landscape construction, design/build, or professional gardening.
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, construction, or related fields.
- Experience supervising & leading teams in outdoor or construction environments.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, gardening techniques, tree care, irrigation systems, and general landscape maintenance.
- Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance related to landscaping tools and machinery.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Chauffeur's license/DOT card (ability to obtain prior to hire).
Nice to have
- Valid driver's license preferred
- background check and drug screen required.
Compensation
- $26k-$33k
