Responsibilities
- Support the charging and energization of high-purity gas distribution systems, including drum and tote cabinets, gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes, high-purity piping, and tubing.
- Perform detailed walkdowns of gas distribution mains, submains, laterals, and associated infrastructure.
- Identify, document, and communicate deficiencies, variances, and punch-list items requiring corrective action.
- Conduct inspections and functional testing activities to support system readiness and validation.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, construction, and commissioning teams to verify system performance and operational readiness.
- Support the identification and mitigation of risks associated with gas and chemical systems.
- Prepare and maintain commissioning reports, checklists, records, and supporting documentation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines.
Requirements
- Skills Required:
Nice to have
- Technical training in a mechanical, process, industrial, or related discipline preferred.
- Semiconductor, gas and chemical, commissioning, startup, facilities, or operations experience preferred.
Skills

- 2+ years of experience in commissioning, startup, operations, maintenance, construction, facilities, or related technical roles.
- Experience working with gas and chemical systems, high-purity gas distribution systems, or related process systems preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, system layouts, and commissioning documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures within industrial or manufacturing environments.
