- In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operation, preventive maintenance, and repairs heavily focusing on, and including, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, life safety and fire protection systems to ensure proper facility operations.

Requirements
- High School Diploma and 3+ years of Facilities experience
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to be independently mobile.
- The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.
Nice to have
- Boiler License 1st Class
- Experience with wastewater treatment systems and RO/DI (Reverse Osmosis/Deionization) water systems
- Electrical experience
- General knowledge of dock door repairs
- General knowledge of paint, sheetrock and concrete repair
- Knowledge of Air compressors
- Knowledge of material handling vehicles
- Knowledge with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
