About the role
- On a flexible, as-needed basis, provides clinical services to all residents residing at Communities of Christian Living Communities (CLC).
- These services will include assisted living neighborhoods, and all shifts.
- Coordinates care and services based on resident needs and individual preferences as determined by ongoing assessment and evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Maintains open communication with supervisor and/or peers to promote awareness of resident issues.
- Monitors and documents resident's condition as directed.
Requirements
- Reports suspicion of abuse, neglect or misappropriation of resources as required by regulation.
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
