About the role
- This role requires someone who is equally comfortable at facilitating stand-ups and sprint ceremonies as they are documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and process changes.

Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Help estimate story complexity, identify dependencies, and support sprint commitment decisions
- Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Support multiple workstreams by coordinating priorities, blockers, risks, and cross-team dependencies
- Work closely with developers and testers to support release readiness, user acceptance testing, and defect triage
- Support workflow updates, incident handling improvements, reporting needs, and access/control changes as requirements evolve
- Maintain backlog hygiene and ensure work items are clear, traceable, and aligned to delivery goals
- Promote strong communication across business users, product leads, technical teams, and leadership
- Support continuous integration, automated testing, and release governance practices where applicable
- Demonstrated Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst Team Lead experience on multiple project or program engagements
Requirements
- What You Must Have
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and hold an a ctive Top Secret clearance due to federal contract requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 6+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master leadership, business analysis, or a related role
- 6 + years of experience facilitating stand-ups and other Agile ceremonies
- 6 + years of experience supporting requirements elicitation, user stories, and acceptance criteria development
- Experience with business process analysis, workflow mapping, or operational process improvement
- Experience with Agile tools such as ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence, or similar collaboration platforms
Compensation
- $98,614.00 - $167,644.00

- Citizen and hold an a ctive Top Secret clearance due to federal contract requirements
