About the role
- As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in understanding our customers' unique challenges and tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs. Collaborating closely with the Delivery teams, you will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and implementing applications that deliver the highest quality experience to our customers using the

Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of what drives a customer's business and what motivates their decision making
- Liaise with product and technical marketing to produce materials (i.e. whitepaper, web presentations) that support overall alliance plans and objectives
- Collaborate with Tech Partners to own the technical win for Appian opportunities across applications, data, and GenAI shaping solution architectures, quantifying value, and delivering tailored demos that advance deals
- Lead technical content for proposals and RFPs solution design, estimates, and differentiators integrating Appian with the client's data and tech ecosystems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, along with 4+ years experience in Software Development and 3+ years' experience delivering custom solutions with the Appian platform.
- Recent experience in a modern programming language such as Java, C#, Python, C++, JavaScript, SQL, etc.
- Ability to strategically problem solve by thinking outside of the box
- experience with customer interaction, requirements analysis, and presentations
- Consultative solution-architecture experience in relevant domains with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to gain a deep understanding of client challenges and the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into c
- Strong command of Appian Architecture - Technical depth to respond to all functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
