About the role
- You'll work across our codebase alongside a small, highly autonomous team, shipping multiple times a day.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver major features end-to-end, from initial prototype to production deployment
- Drive technical decisions with strong judgment, knowing when an RFC adds value versus overhead, and when to bet on speed over completeness
- Actively shape what gets built: attend customer calls, question priorities, and ensure the work you're doing delivers real, measurable impact rather than ticking off a spec
- You're a strong communicator who asks sharp questions, shares context publicly, and treats the codebase as a shared space you're proud to maintain
- Experience building AI-powered product features
Requirements
- You have deep full-stack engineering experience and a track record of shipping customer-facing features in a high-growth environment
- You're genuinely autonomous: you know your top priority, why it matters, what's next, and you don't wait for a meeting or a manager to tell you
