About the role

  • The Sitework Manager is responsible for leading the overall management of these specialized trades for a project, in both an estimating and preconstruction capacity.
  • This refers to the physical, mental and emotional duties of the job.
  • Reaching above and below, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and bending.

Responsibilities

  • Eligible employees are provided a company vehicle or an auto allowance to support business activities.
  • Perform responsibilities with excellence in service, integrity and building relationships as exemplified in DAVIS core values
  • Lead budget / bid / GMP assembly for the trade specialization
  • Collaborate with the project team in establishing comprehensive scopes of work incorporating operations standards
  • Maintain subcontractor / supplier relationships

Compensation

  • T he base salary (or hourly) range for this position is
