About the role
- The Sitework Manager is responsible for leading the overall management of these specialized trades for a project, in both an estimating and preconstruction capacity.
- This refers to the physical, mental and emotional duties of the job.
- Reaching above and below, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and bending.
Responsibilities
- Eligible employees are provided a company vehicle or an auto allowance to support business activities.
- Perform responsibilities with excellence in service, integrity and building relationships as exemplified in DAVIS core values
- Lead budget / bid / GMP assembly for the trade specialization
- Collaborate with the project team in establishing comprehensive scopes of work incorporating operations standards
- Maintain subcontractor / supplier relationships

Compensation
- T he base salary (or hourly) range for this position is
