About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and plan appropriate instructional and alternative delivery strategies when appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain curriculum in collaboration with department/division staff.
  • Assist students in developing work experience assignments such as internships, work study assignments, team projects, etc.
  • Maintain competencies as an instructor as aligned with the Faculty Quality Assurance System.
  • Develop strategies aimed at the retention of minority/female students.
  • Design curriculum and instruct in a variety of non-traditional formats to meet student and business needs.

  • Instructors develop instructional strategies and curriculum as a regular part of their work, and are encouraged to serve on committees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree is required (in any field).
  • Program Directors must have a Master's degree (in any field).
  • WI licensure required.
