About the role

- Applications will be accepted on a continuous basis for the 2026-2027 academic school year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and plan appropriate instructional and alternative delivery strategies when appropriate.
- Develop and maintain curriculum in collaboration with department/division staff.
- Assist students in developing work experience assignments such as internships, work study assignments, team projects, etc.
- Maintain competencies as an instructor as aligned with the Faculty Quality Assurance System.
- Develop strategies aimed at the retention of minority/female students.
- Design curriculum and instruct in a variety of non-traditional formats to meet student and business needs.

- Instructors develop instructional strategies and curriculum as a regular part of their work, and are encouraged to serve on committees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required (in any field).
- Program Directors must have a Master's degree (in any field).
- WI licensure required.
